Who knew what fun could come of this infinite mess?
You knew, of course.
You silly fool.
You rescued me once from a drowning pool.
You pulled me out and said, “none of this anymore. From now on the light will shine forever More.”
You sang and you danced and sent me on a spin, through heaven and back, to without and within.
You placed me down gently, asleep in your lap, being ever so quiet –
no hissing or snap.
You let me lay there and sang to me softly, “Now are the days of being eternally jolly!”
And just like that you gave me sweet dreams,
Visions of things completely unseen.
You said, “now sweet Child it’s time to wake up, to return to Earth and stir some things up.”
